Yes — we are a fully licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida and carry comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We'll provide documentation before any project begins. This is non-negotiable, and we'd encourage you to ask every contractor you speak with for the same.

If unforeseen site conditions arise that could affect cost, we stop, explain what we found, and get your written approval before proceeding. You will never be surprised by your final invoice.

It varies significantly by scope. A bathroom renovation typically runs 2–4 weeks. A full kitchen remodel is often 4–8 weeks. A complete interior transformation can take 3–6 months. We give you a realistic timeline in writing before we start, and we stick to it. We'd rather build in proper time upfront than rush and cut corners.

Yes, fully. We manage permit acquisition, inspections, and all required documentation for every project we take on. We have working relationships with the Lake County, Orange County, and Osceola County permit offices and know how to navigate the process efficiently so it doesn't slow your project down.

Most residential pool removals in Central Florida take 5–10 business days from start to finish — including demolition, fill, compaction, and basic grading. Florida soil conditions and pool size can affect the timeline, but we'll give you a specific estimate after seeing the site. We handle all permits through your local county office.
